Our Occupational Health Services

We offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support HR teams, Health & Safety leads and operational managers

Pre‑Placement Assessments (Fitness for Work)

Our Pre‑Placement Assessment service enables employers to make informed, compliant recruitment decisions. Conducted after a conditional offer of employment, PPAs identify existing or newly declared health conditions that may affect an individual’s fitness for work and highlight where reasonable workplace adjustments may be required.

Assessments are tailored to the specific role and associated risks, with clear outcomes provided within 48 hours. Around 95% of cases are managed without the need for a medical assessment, ensuring a fast, efficient and cost‑effective process. PPAs also support compliance with equality legislation by identifying adjustment needs early and reducing the risk of future disputes.

Our PPAs help organisations to:

-Protect employee health and safety from day one
-Reduce workplace risks
-Meet legal and equality obligations
-Support fair, inclusive recruitment
